Instructor of Violin
Jianda Bai is currently a doctoral candidate at James Madison University with a concentration on violin with full assistantship. Originally based in China, Jianda came to the United States at the age of 18 to pursue undergraduate education.
As a teacher, Jianda enjoys and has experience teaching violin students of all ages. As a performer, he has held positions as concertmaster/principal at various symphony, opera and musical orchestras. As a student, he has been selected to perform solo repertoire for masterclasses with two violinists from the Berlin Philharmonic and soloist Ray Chen.
When he is not teaching, J enjoys reading novels and watching movies.
