{"id":417,"date":"2019-01-16T09:56:09","date_gmt":"2019-01-16T14:56:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.musicedcenter.com\/?page_id=417"},"modified":"2021-08-10T21:09:34","modified_gmt":"2021-08-11T01:09:34","slug":"nancy-wilbert","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.musicedcenter.com\/?page_id=417","title":{"rendered":"Nancy Wilbert"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Admin Assistant, Instructor of Piano, Comprehensive Classes Sub<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nancy Wilbert has worked at the Music Education Center since 1993. \u00a0 Over the years, she enjoyed her <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">full-time role as private piano instructor, comprehensive group classroom teacher, and administrator before recently embarking on semi-retirement. \u00a0 She currently continues a small private piano studio and helps with MEC\u2019s administrative duties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nancy began her music studies on piano as a young child, and later added band and choir.\u00a0 Nancy\u2019s professional certification is in early childhood education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.\u00a0 Additionally, Nancy trained in various music education methods and supported and enhanced the development of MEC\u2019s comprehensive music classes.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In her spare time, Nancy loves playing piano, listening to music, gardening, cooking, reading, yoga, walking, and attending live <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">concerts and theater. \u00a0 She especially enjoys time with her sister, family, and great niece in the mid-west.
